Kick Off October 2!
As announced before the summer break, a Rosh Chodesh group will start this fall, organised by Efrat. While this is traditionally a women’s group, in this case, the group is open to all IJC members, regardless of gender. The kick off meeting is October 2.
Meetings will be at different locations. Some will take place at IJC right before services (wherever services are taking place), others at Effie’s home in Overijse, or at an agreed café (relatively quiet ones). We may sometimes also hold meetings in Leuven or Antwerp, either at a café or at someone’s home…. A reminder will be sent a few days before each meeting.

The meetings will be casual. They will be dedicated to discussing a Parashah announced in advanced. No expertise is required.
Efrat is kindly asking everyone who comes to respect these rules:
Keep it pleasant and casual
Stay on the selected theme
Respect other people’s ideas. We would like to avoid debates (which is the traditional Jewish way!) and focus more on exploring together, sharing and just ….having these meetings.
No politics-related talk AT ALL.
We chat about our day and other everyday things, before or after meetings
No talking about persons not present
Please come with a positive spirit to contribute to an enjoyable meeting!
